On assuming the charge, Shri Hota said, “I believe that the ‘Make in India’ campaign of Government of India is a golden opportunity for BEML to grow. With the given potential of the skills and experience, I am sure that the Company would rise to greater heights.”
Prior to joining BEML, Shri Hota served in Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) for 30 years; his last designation being Head, Natural Gas Division. He is an alumnus of St. Stephens, New Delhi graduating in Economic (Honours) and holds an MBA degree in Human Resources from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
